Policies

Reservations & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included in your rental price within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply outside this area.

Damage & Cleaning

Renters are responsible for rental items while in their possession. A cleaning or damage fee may be applied for excessive dirt, smoke odor, or damage beyond normal wear.

Weather Policy

For outdoor inflatable rentals, we monitor weather conditions closely. In the event of high winds, storms, or unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
